ADMINISTRATION
Receive letters and faxes, in stamped and send to Administrative coordinator
Receive calls in and call out
Keep all the files related to administration in order
Help organize meeting, seminars, workshops and conference
Writing minutes
Other meeting conducted by management team
Coordinate with departments and centre for information gathering
Typing letter on request
Make photocopies on request
To cooperate with the Administrative Coordinator in ensuring and maintaining efficient and effective administration procedures and systems
